Returning Items
The Tuxedo Store is interested in satisfying our customers in every way possible. If you are not happy with an item purchased, please return it to us. We will gladly refund the cost of the merchandise with no questions asked. Here's how:

Returns may be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. To return an item, call us at 1-800-691-3484 or email us at to acquire a return authorization number. A short explanation of your reason for return is appreciated, but not necessary. Our customer service agent will give you instructions on how to return the item to us.

We will assess re-stocking charges on products returned with missing or defaced labels. We will also assess re-stocking charges on products that have been marred or returned in less than perfect or new condition. Products that have been altered, abused or designated as non-returnable may not be returned for exchanges or refunds.

Shipping charges to return the item to The Tuxedo Store will be your responsibility.

Exchanging Items
Exchanges may be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. To do so, either call us at 1-800-691-3484 or email us at to acquire a return authorization number.

Rush Orders
If you need a tuxedo and you need it fast, your best bet is to call us on our toll free number, 1-800-691-3484 and speak with one of our professional customer service agents. Please note, we do not ship after 4:00 PM C.S.T. Also, orders placed on Friday with a request for Next Day Air Service will arrive on Monday unless you contact us and arrange for a Saturday delivery!

Pant Hems
All pants are shipped with an open hem. We suggest you visit a tailor or alteration shop to have them hemmed to your size. Please note, once a hem has been put in the pants, they become non-returnable!

Shipping Information
Orders received after Noon C.S.T
. will be processed the next business day.

In general, orders are often shipped the same day received, almost always by the next business day. Orders received on Fridays 1:00 PM C.S.T. through Sunday will not be shipped until Monday. Next Day Air orders that are shipped on Friday will not be delivered until Monday, the next business day, unless prior arrangements have been made.

If it is imperative that your order be shipped the same day it was placed, please give us a call at 1-800-691-3484, and we will make every effort to accommodate you.

Standard delivery time for your order can be between 1-7 days. Delivery time varies depending on your location within the United States. Express shipping options are available on checkout.

Shipping to Canada and other countries outside of the continental United States
With the exception of APO & FPO orders, we cannot accept orders from countries outside of the continental United States.

APO & FPO orders will ship via the United States Postal Service.

Shipping Rates
Standard Ground Service: FREE on all orders over $50.00; $8.99 for all orders under $50.00
2nd Day Air Service: $25.00 for all orders no matter the total
Next Day Air Service: $35.00 for all orders no matter the total

We accept credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club), personal checks, and money orders. If paying by personal check or money order, be aware that your order will not ship until payment is received!

What if I can't find what I'm looking for?
You have two options. First, you can contact us at our special toll free number 1-800-691-3484. Tell our representative about the item you are interested in. We may be able to place a special order or direct you elsewhere. Contact us by email after hours at

Secondly, the item you're looking for may be offered on the website for our parent company, Jim's Formal Wear LLC. This website features all of the rental items available from us through our national network of retailers. If you find an item of interest on, we may be able to offer it for purchase. Inquire about that item by contacting us or visiting your nearest Jim's Formal Wear Retailer, who you can also locate on the website.

What if I don't see my size available?
Contact us at 1-800-691-3484! In some cases, we are able to offer more sizes than what may appear on the site.

We have made a great effort to make the images on this website represent the products as accurately as possible. Please be aware that computer monitor settings vary. Actual merchandise colors may differ slightly from the colors seen on this page.
